Marni has been a voiceover artist for many years and was a disc jockey in college; she studied voiceover for animation with the legendary Pat Fraley, so her specialty is character voices and complex accents!
She cut her teeth in narration for the Library of Congress Books for the Blind, as well as performing in over 100 large-cast recordings for Graphic Audio, but her favorites are cozy mysteries, sci-fi thrillers, YA fantasy, and quirky romances.
She now records full-length audiobooks from her high-quality home studio, working around the schedule of her husband, son, dog, fish, and chickens.
Marni continues to stay busy with audiobook narration, including recent releases for Simon & Schuster Audio and Blackstone Audio, as well as indie authors A.L. Knorr and Tony Harmsworth. Marni also records newsworthy stories each week from The Washington Post, The Guardian, Financial Times and more
for the Curio app.
